Our mission

Make owning income-producing assets as simple as booking a stay

For decades, the best-performing assets — rental property, gold, productive farmland — sat behind six-figure minimums, lawyers and paperwork. The people who needed compounding income the most were the ones locked out of it.

POOOL splits those assets into asset-backed shares, lists them on an open marketplace and pays out the income every month. You browse first, decide at your own pace, and you're never locked in.

Our story

From one locked door to an open marketplace

2023

A villa out of reach

Two friends tried to buy into a Canggu villa and hit a $500,000 entry ticket, months of paperwork and no way back out. The fix felt obvious: split ownership into asset-backed shares anyone can buy.

Early 2024

First villa, fully funded

We built the legal structure first — SPV-held fractional ownership, insurance, independent audits. The first villa funded with 140 investors, most of them starting under $100.

Mid 2024

The marketplace opens

Every asset became public. You browse yields, funding status and audit documents like a booking site — no account needed until you actually invest.

Early 2025

The resale market

Owning is only fair if you can leave. The resale market lets you sell your shares to other investors anytime instead of waiting years for an exit.

Today

850+ investors in 40 countries

$4.2M invested across 19 assets — Bali villas, vaulted gold and farm-backed commodities — paying out yields every month.
