We do not offer financial advice, asset management, or brokerage services. All offerings are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice.

4. No Regulatory Licensing

POOOL is currently not licensed or regulated by the OJK (Financial Services Authority) or any other financial regulatory authority in Indonesia or abroad (this will change soon). By using the Platform, you acknowledge the following:

Investments are made at your own discretion and at your own risk.
POOOL assumes no responsibility for your investment decisions.
Participation does not imply any endorsement or regulatory oversight.

5. Currency & Transactions

All investments and purchases made through the Platform are settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversions from other currencies are performed at exchange rates at the time of the transaction and may be subject to additional fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, brand names, text, images, and source code, is the intellectual property of PT. POOOL INTERNATIONAL GROUP, unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree to refrain from:

Using the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Attempting to compromise the security or functionality of the Platform.
Making false or misleading statements.
Violating applicable laws or regulations.

POOOL reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

8. Secondary Market Trading Restrictions

Assets are only eligible for trading on the secondary market once their primary funding phase is successfully completed. You may not list, buy, or sell shares of an asset on the secondary market while it is still in its active funding or gathering phase. POOOL reserves the right to lock trading for any asset at its sole discretion.

9. Risk Warning

Investments in private markets, including fractional real estate and startups, carry significant risks. Investments:

Are not insured by any government agency.
Cannot guarantee any returns.
Are subject to fluctuations, liquidity risks, capital losses, and project delays.

You must independently assess your risk appetite and financial capabilities before making any investment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, POOOL shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
Investment losses or decisions made based on information provided by the Platform.

11. Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or materials. POOOL is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of external sources.

12. Changes to Terms of Use

POOOL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated Terms of Use will be published on this page with the applicable effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be heard before the competent courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
